The Company is headed by Mr Sanjay Y Shah.

He holds the degree of Master of Science by Research from Institute of Chemical Technology (University of Mumbai) formerly known as UDCT.

He joined his family owned Research and Analytical Laboratories, URALAB, in Mumbai in 1975.

With his rich educational background and vast experience in the Industry in various fields like Quality Control & Assurance, Research, Scaleup & Manufacturing, detailed documentation; he started consulting in the field and was co-ordinator for National Centre For Quality Management (Mumbai) representing Gujarat Region. He is an Expert & Auditor for a leading International Certification Agency in India.

He has widely travelled all over the world for consulting and auditing Medical Device Manufacturers and API Manufacturers. Has been invitee as speaker on regulatory aspects of medical devices at various conferences and seminars. Has attended workshops and visited exhibition in India and Western Countries.
